We’re partnering with Urban Air Warwick to create a fundraising event for Hasbro Children's Hospital

Mastery Warwick will have NO leadership plus class on Friday June 26th

Standard kids admission is $38, Mastery families will receive 20% off bringing it down to just $30, and 20% of that will be donated directly to Hasbro

To celebrate, our Dragon Mascot will be battling Urban Air's Urbie Mascot around 7:00 that night as well.

This form is not your admission registration, this is just to give us a rough head count

In consideration of my child(ren)’s attendance and participation in the martial arts training offered by Mastery Martial Arts, I the parent/guardian acknowledge the existence of certain inherent risks in this type of training and hereby agree to assume all risks.

I further relieve Mastery Martial Arts, its management, assigned staff and fellow students, and/or agents of the above from any liability resulting from loss, whether personal belongings or bodily injury on the premises leased or owned by Mastery Martial Arts.
